Following approvement with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), NRA "Rurik" and EuroRating signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on April 26, 2023. The purpose of this collaboration is to enhance the quality and accuracy of credit ratings and to integrate Ukrainian financial markets into the European system.

EuroRating is officially registered in the European Union and operates under the supervision of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). National Rating Agency "Rurik" has been providing rating services since 2010 and is currently the largest operator in the Ukrainian market. 

The joint efforts of our agencies will be aimed at further improving rating principles to provide investors with reliable information about financial markets and instruments.
